Kitchen skills on the improve!

Wednesday 27 August the TAO group took to the Mt Archer kitchen and under the guidance of expert chef Mary Noonan, produced some delicious cakes, dinners and desserts.
The selection of meals produced ranged from Slow Cooked Lamb Shoulder to Pear and Ginger Muffins.  Mary guided everyone though the delights of making choux pastry to a 'no fail pastry for sweet and savoury'.
An enjoyable time was had by all.
